This page includes all the guiding documents that define our values, standards, and operational procedures. Our Constitution, Bylaws, and policies ensure that all players, coaches, parents, and volunteers within our association uphold the highest standards of fairness, sportsmanship, and safety. We are committed to providing a positive and structured environment for player development and community growth.
To ensure alignment with broader hockey governance, we also adhere to policies established by HEO District 3, Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO), and Hockey Canada. Please take the time to review each document to understand the rules and expectations that guide our activities both on and off the ice.
These policies apply to all teams and players within Hockey Eastern Ontario’s District 3, including Clarence-Rockland Crush.
Hockey Eastern Ontario provides regional policies covering areas such as player safety, competition regulations, and disciplinary action across Eastern Ontario.
As part of the national governing body, our association follows Hockey Canada’s policies and guidelines for player safety, competition, and fairness.
We encourage all members of the Crush community to review these documents to ensure compliance and help promote a respectful, safe, and supportive environment. For questions, please contact our Director of Policies & Procedures.
