• The by-laws meeting started at 7:30 pm 
  • Justin waited just about 5 minutes for everyone to arrive. 
  • The meeting got underway around 7:35 with our President Justin Whaley welcoming everyone to the meeting. 
  • We had 9 board members and 21 members. 
  • Justin declared we had quorum. 

• Justin welcomes everyone and addresses the purpose of the meeting.
  • He explained to the members why we were meeting tonight,  which was to pass a vote on the new by-laws. 

• Justin explained that we had had two altars added in November and these are as follows; 
  • We believe it's important to hold the board accountable to the AGM and in a consistent time frame. 
  • Gear return  for aging out players. 

• Justin then explained how the voting would take place:
  • Lindsay would post a link in the chat bar and we, as members, were able to click that link and vote Yes or No. 

• The  bylaws  passed with a unanimous 30 votes for yes.
  • At the time of the vote we'd realize one of the membership votes was not eligible to vote Yes and was omitted from the tally.  
  • The final tally was 29 votes for Yes. 

• Justin thanked everyone for joining us, and adjourned the meeting at 7:47 p.m.
