Youth Sports Referee/Sports Assistant

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals aged 16 and over to join our team as Sports Referees. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training on officiating for all sports. If you have a passion for sports and a keen eye for fair play, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the action and contribute to the success of our leagues and tournaments.
Responsibilities:
  • Officiate and enforce rules during sports games and ensure fair competition.
  • Make objective judgments and decisions regarding fouls, penalties, and game infractions.
  • Maintain control of the game and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 16 years or older.
  • Strong interest in sports and a desire to learn and grow as a referee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Reliability and punctuality.

We provide comprehensive training on officiating for all sports, equipping you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role as a referee. Availability: Weeknights & Saturdays; Available for shifts between 4:30-9pm (weeknights) and 7am-5pm (Saturday)
**Travel may be required throughout Snohomish County**

Per Washington State law, we disclose the full range of the pay grade for this position which is $16.25-$22.00.
