YMCA Fall Sports Team Picture Information

Picture Timing: Photos will be taken before your child's game per the picture schedule below. Gym and Field supervisors will be there to help direct teams to their assigned picture time.

To Keep The Schedule On Time:  

• Teams should arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time
• Team coach should check your team 5 minutes before your time.

New Photography Process: This season, we're thrilled to have our Marketing Department handling the photography. This change aims to provide a better and smoother experience for our YMCA families.

Digital Delivery: Each picture will be emailed to you digitally within 48 hours of picture day. (Pictures may be delayed if edits to the picture need to be made)

All Players Photographed: Every child will have their photo taken. If you choose not to purchase on picture day, you'll still have the option to order later.

Special Note for Coaches: As a small token of our appreciation for your dedication this season, all coaches will receive complimentary photos, including a special buddy picture with your child. To obtain the code for your free photo package, please contact your branch's sports director.
