Mainatined and updated annually, the VMH Constituion is our governing document.  Any changes must be submitted in advance of the AGM for consdieration. 

Any proposed changes to the constitution must be submitted by March 25, 2026 at midnight to virdenminorhockey@gmail.com. All motions must be completed using the attached template format.

Nominations for elected board positions are open and will be accepted until April 5 at midnight. Please use this form.
