Everything must be updated by Nov 30, 2026, at the absolute latest.  Every bench staff needs this completed - head coaches, assistant coaches, managers, safety person. If this is not completed by Dec 1, 2026, you will be removed off the team roster and cannot participate for the remainder of the year.
