Biography

I have served as head coach of the Picture Butte High School Mini-Queens for the past three years, where I have focused on developing athletes’ skills, game understanding, and confidence on the court. This is my first year coaching at the club level as an assistant coach, and I am excited to expand my experience in a competitive club environment while supporting athlete development throughout the season. Outside of volleyball, I enjoy gardening, reading, crafting, and spending time with my family.

Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is centered on creating a positive, high-energy environment where athletes feel motivated to learn and improve. I emphasize strong fundamental skills, including passing, serving, footwork, and court awareness, while encouraging teamwork, communication, and a strong work ethic. I believe athletes develop best when they enjoy coming to the gym, feel supported by their coaches, and are challenged to grow both individually and as part of a team.
