Try Out for TORA
TORA is the Thompson Okanagan regional high-performance rugby program for U15, U17, and U19 boys and girls. Players are identified through regional tryouts and selected into representative squads that compete in the Provincial Regional League and PRCs.
Step 1 — Register for Tryouts
Complete the online registration form and submit the $30 fee to confirm your trial spot.
Step 2 — Attend Tryouts
Participate in regional sessions across Kelowna, Kamloops, and Vernon.
Step 3 — Selection
Athletes are selected based on performance, attitude, and coachability.

Once Selected
- Join TeamApp and team communications
- Complete player documentation
- Attend training sessions
- Participate in film & development work
Player Code of Conduct
All selected athletes must complete the Player Code of Conduct form.
