Rule of Two Policy

Terrace Youth Soccer Association (TYSA) believes in the health, safety, and wellness of all club
participants and in particular the protection of our children, and that everyone involved in soccer has
the right to participate in safe and inclusive environments free of abuse, harassment, discrimination,
and to enjoy the sport at whatever level or capacity they participate in.

TYSA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy

Terrace Youth Soccer Association (TYSA) welcomes all individuals to participate in soccer and believes
that embracing differences while removing barriers to promote diversity and equity and foster inclusion,
is integral to serving the wider soccer community. The purpose of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Policy is to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as integral parts of soccer in British Columbia.
