Club Guide

The Club Guide enables players and parents, as well as volunteers, coaches, Club officials, employees and stakeholders, to understand what is expected of them and how the Club operates.  By documenting our standards, we are communicating what is important for a growing and successful club.

The contents of the Club Guide align with and support the Club’s Constitution, Bylaws, Core Purpose and Core Values.

Changes to the Club Guide can be made at any time and must be approved by the Club Board of Directors.

The Club Guide will be updated regularly to ensure that it complies with the Society Act and other relevant statutes and is internally consistent with the overall objectives of the cLUB.

TYSA BYLAWS

Unregistered Players

All unregistered players are not permitted to practice or play as they are uninsured players, and in violation of the club’s liability insurance policy.

Team Assignments

Our organization is committed to upholding fairness and competitiveness within divisions. We aim to ensure that teams are balanced and competition remains spirited.

If a player is assigned to a team, and it is deemed within the first four weeks of the season that the player is incorrectly placed, TYSA has the right to move the player to a team that will match their ability or to improve the overall balance of an age category.

This shall be done transparently and with player/parent consent, with the goal of creating an enjoyable experience for all participants.
