CANCELLATION POLICY

• We only cancel games if there is lightning. 
• Regardless of the weather, please arrive at your scheduled game times. Your coach will call/text you if your game is canceled (for any reason).  
• If it starts lightning during the game, we will stop and wait in our cars for 15 minutes.  Games will resume when lightening has stopped.  If it occurs again, only that game will be cancelled. (lightning doesn't last very long!)
• If for some reason, you can not make your game.  Please inform your coach. 
• All weather apps provide different forecasts - when in doubt show up! 
• REMEMBER to layer up!  Bring Hats. Coats. Umbrellas. Blankets.

NOt sure?  Please call/text your coach.  The staff will be busy running the league and won't be able to respond in a timely fashion.
