Below is a checklist for what your player needs to be eligible for the season. There are no exceptions!!
- Paid membership dues with Club
- Player IDs - MVA ID / Passport / or a County Sanctioned Yellow Card!
- Be on your Team's Roster
Please follow the appropriate steps to avoid confusion or the possibility of a forfeited game or season.

**Yellow Cards are available by appointment ONLY.**
Walk-ins will either be turned away or required to wait until a staff member is available.

- A color passport sized photo (We will not print so it must be physical copy)
- Birth Certificate or other Official Document
- $20 for the processing fee (Must be in cash)
