Our league rules are primarily based on the NFL Flag Football Rulebook, with league-specific adjustments made to fit the structure, age divisions, facilities, and game-day operations of Louisiana Flag Football.
These adjustments help create a smoother, safer, and more organized experience for players, coaches, referees, and families.

Referee Enforcement
Referees are responsible for enforcing the rulebook during games.
