This weekend, two Kingston Grenadiers teams will represent the Limestone City on the biggest stage in Ontario summer football as the U14 AAA and U18 AAA squads travel to London for the 2026 Ontario Summer Football League Championships.

After months of hard work, sacrifice, and determination, both teams have earned the opportunity to compete for provincial titles against the best programs in Ontario.

U14 AAA Chasing the KJ Kenemy Memorial Cup

The U14 AAA Grenadiers head into championship weekend riding a wave of momentum after a dramatic 17-14 semifinal victory over the Scarborough Thunder. Now, their focus turns to the Essex Ravens in the KJ Kenemy Memorial Cup Final.

Kickoff is set for Saturday, July 25 at 9:00 AM in London.

This Grenadiers squad has battled through a challenging season, demonstrating resilience, discipline, and teamwork every step of the way. With a championship on the line, the U14s are ready to leave everything on the field and bring home provincial gold.

U18 AAA Ready for a Provincial Championship Showdown

The U18 AAA Grenadiers punched their ticket to the Provincial Championship in unforgettable fashion, storming back from a halftime deficit to defeat the Niagara Spears 37-34 in an instant classic semifinal.

Now, one final challenge remains.

The Grenadiers will face the defending powerhouse Hamilton Jr. Ti-Cats in the U18 AAA Provincial Championship on Saturday, July 25 at 7:00 PM.

Led by a veteran group of players and coaches, Kingston enters the championship game determined to cap off an outstanding season with a provincial title. The matchup features two of Ontario's premier football programs and promises to be one of the most exciting games of the weekend.

From the youngest athletes in the program to the graduating veterans preparing for their final youth football game, the Kingston Grenadiers continue to embody the club's values of Character, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.

More than 200 players, coaches, staff, and families will make the trip to London to support the teams as they chase championship dreams and proudly represent Kingston on the provincial stage.
