We are excited to announce that Steve Douglas has joined our coaching staff as the Head Coach for the U12 team!

Steve brings a wealth of experience and passion for developing young athletes. His impressive coaching background includes: Head Coach for St. Lawrence College Men’s Soccer (10 years), coaching roles with Kingston Grenadiers U14, Regiopolis Notre-Dame CHS Football, and Holy Cross SS Football, years of experience coaching youth soccer and organizer and coach for the Under Armour Flag Football League. As a player, Steve was a quarterback for Frontenac SS and the Northern Football Conference, and he has won numerous national titles as a QB in Touch Football Ontario.

Steve describes his coaching philosophy as organized, supportive, and development-driven. He focuses on building strong fundamentals, football IQ, and discipline while creating a positive and encouraging environment. His goal is to help athletes grow both on and off the field—emphasizing teamwork, respect, and accountability.

We are thrilled to have Steve leading our U12 program and look forward to the energy and expertise he will bring to our young athletes.
