Interlake Minor Hockey Association is excited to announce that this year we will be hosting an in-season U13 Regional Development program. Hockey Manitoba has decided to discontinue all in-season development for the Rising Stars and Female U13 Prospects for the upcoming season and focus only on the end of season tournaments. This regional program will fill the gap left by these development program losses and provide our players regional skill development that will lead up to the Hockey Manitoba Peewee Prospects and Rising Stars tryouts that will be held early in 2021.
The Junior Lightning Development Program is open for registration to all U13 and U12 (2009 & 2008 birth years) male and female hockey players in the Interlake with no tryouts.

IMH has the following ice times booked for the Junior Lightning Development Skill Sessions. IMH will be blacking out games on these days.
Sunday October 11 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Sunday October 25 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Sunday November 8 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Sunday November 22 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Sunday December 6 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Sunday December 20 - 1030am to 430pm - Teulon
Exact ice times to be determined following registration. Each Sunday consists of 5 one-hour skills sessions.
Cost for the Junior Lightning Development program is $125.00. This includes an Interlake Junior Lightning Jersey for all participants.
At this time, we are asking all interested players to please register online to allow IMHA to determine how many players will be attending the program
