NMSA congratulates 3 Nanaimo Diamonds athletes on their post secondary softball activities and awards!

1st baseman, Emma Hache, who has played with the Diamonds since 2018 has committed to playing softball at Mount Royal University in Calgary starting September 2023.

2nd Baseman, Hannah Rust, has committed to Brewton-Parker College in Mt Vernon, Georgia starting September 2023.

Pitcher Rhiannon Williams was awarded a Cat Wheatly Memorial Scholarship from the Richmond Girls Minor Softball Association and the Wheatly family at the Cat Wheatly Memorial tournament in Richmond.  She was the only non Islander player to receive a scholarship.
