Dear GameSheet Community,

We want to inform you about a significant and unavoidable upgrade to our iPad Scoring app. To maintain compatibility with our Live Scoring system, the iPad Scoring app must be updated to version 5.0.0 or later. This update ensures your games remain live and accessible for parents and fans to follow in real time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

•             Game scoring will not be affected—you can continue scoring games as usual with older versions of the app.

•             If your app isn’t updated, games will appear to be live-scored (green blinking light), but they won’t display on the Stats Widget.

HOW TO UPDATE

1.            Open the App Store on your iPad.

2.            Search for “GameSheet”

3.            Tap Update to install version 5.0.0.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON’T UPDATE

Your iPad will continue to work for scoring games, however, starting February 1, the Stats Widget will no longer display real-time updates for live games. Updating ensures live game updates are available in real time for parents and fans.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE TRANSITION

The transition to our new Live Scoring system is anticipated to take about a week, and during this time, there may be some temporary Live Scoring issues.

This will not impact:

•             Post Game Emails,

•             Completed game pages on the Dashboard,

•             PDF’s of games,

•             Reports,

•             Standings, Stats, etc.

We appreciate your patience as we complete these upgrades and fine-tune the system.
