1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a collaborative partnership between the Woodstock Nationals Softball Association (WNSA) and the Woodstock Minor Ball Association (WMBA) to promote the growth, accessibility, and development of girls youth softball and co-ed baseball in Woodstock, Ontario. This partnership aims to enhance the quality of programming, consider resource utilization, and encourage greater participation across both leagues.

2. Partnership Objectives

1. Increase girls youth participation in softball and co-ed baseball within the Woodstock community.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive sports environment for all participants.
3. Consider utilization of resources, facilities, and expertise to improve the overall experience for players, coaches, and volunteers.
4. Coordinate joint events, such as clinics, tournaments, and community outreach programs.
5. Promote each other’s programs through marketing, social media, and community channels.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 WNSA Responsibilities:
• Provide opportunities for WMBA players, coaches, and volunteers to participate in softball clinics or events.
• Collaborate with WMBA on use of fields and facilities, subject to availability.
• Promote WMBA programs on WNSA platforms (e.g., website, social media, and newsletters).
• Ensure WNSA coaches and volunteers comply with league safety and conduct standards.

3.2 WMBA Responsibilities:
• Offer baseball clinics or training sessions that WNSA participants may attend.
• Share field and facility schedules with WNSA
• Promote WNSA programs on WMBA platforms (e.g., website, social media, and newsletters).
• Ensure WMBA coaches and volunteers comply with league safety and conduct standards.
