Lady Vipers Lacrosse is the girls lacrosse program serving the Vandegrift High School community in Austin, Texas. Our program provides opportunities for girls in grades K-12 to learn, compete, and grow through the game of lacrosse.
From first-time players to experienced athletes, we are committed to creating an environment where every player is challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach her full potential. Through quality coaching, skill development, and competitive play, we prepare athletes for success both on and off the field.
Our youth program builds the foundation for future Lady Vipers, while our high school program competes at the Division I level in the Texas Girls High School Lacrosse League (TGHSLL).
Our mission is to develop confident, hard-working student-athletes who demonstrate integrity, resilience, and strong character both on and off the field.
We strive to:
- Build confidence by creating a positive and supportive environment where every player can grow
- Teach the fundamentals of the game while developing strong lacrosse IQ.
- Build leaders who support their teammates and represent their community with pride.
- Foster a lifelong love of lacrosse through meaningful relationships and memorable experiences.
We believe success is measured not only by wins and losses, but by the character, work ethic, and lasting relationships our players develop along the way.
Lady Vipers Lacrosse was established in 2012 and has grown into one of Central Texas' premier girls lacrosse programs. Over the years, the program has expanded from a single high school team into a full K-12 pipeline, producing district champions, All-State players, All-Americans, collegiate athletes, and, most importantly, confident young women who continue to make an impact beyond the field.
As our program continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: providing every player with an opportunity to learn, compete, and be part of something bigger than themselves.
