Beginner Ping Pong League

• The league will span 7 weeks, starting February 26, 2024.
• Each player will play 9 games total. Each player will play one game per week, except there will be two weeks where they play two games.
• There will be no playoffs; the league will be organized in a round-robin format.
• Players will be responsible for bringing their equipment (racquets, paddles, balls, etc.)
• A match will consist of at most five games.
• If you are unable to find a time that works for both of you during the week that your match is scheduled, feel free to schedule it for the following week. Try your best to keep pace with the schedule.
• The league will be administered through the team link app.
  • • If you already have a Teamlinkt account and your Teamlinkt login email is not the same as the email that you received the join code from please let me know.
      • • If you do not notify me your Teamlinkt account will only have ‘Player’ permissions and you will not be able to reschedule games and report scores.  
• Every player will be considered a “Team”, not a player.
• An invite code will be emailed to you to join Teamlinkt from the web.
  • • If you don’t have a Teamlinkt account, you will be prompted to create an account. Once your account is created you will have access to your schedule. You can then download the app and log in to access the team.
    • The Team Link app has features that will allow you to communicate with your opponents. Go to the chat and click League to access your opponents.
    • By default, games will show in the app scheduled for the first Monday of every week.
      • • Each player will be responsible for booking the squash court and arranging a day and time to play their match.
        • Once you’ve arranged the day and time for your match you can re-schedule that match in the app to reflect the agreed-upon day and time for that week.
        • Once a match is complete, players will be responsible for updating scores through the team link app.
• Winners of each league will win a gift card to Eurest café! (to be used at Atrium & Concourse café)
