IMPORTANT UPDATE: Game/Practice Change Request Process

Through staffing shortages and new process, the former game/practice change request process and form has bottlenecked.  In review of current requests and to continue to best serve members Hockey Regina has closed the prior form.

Game Change Requests

Effective immediately new game change requests are to be emailed to Darren Harris, Scheduling Manager at scheduling@hockeyregina.ca

If you had previously submitted a game change request but have not had a response/resolution, please re-submit by email to Darren at scheduling@hockeyregina.ca.

Practice Changes

Teams are responsible for and should exhaust all options to change their practice schedule prior to reaching out to Hockey Regina for assistance. The exception to this is uncontrollable circumstances such as a rink closure or inclement weather.

Most immediately for practice changes, teams should be exhausting all options to trade with other teams (swap) or sell their ice privately ($225/hr) to other HRI teams. 

When this is completed simply email scheduling@hockeyregina.ca to advise of the change.  Advising of the change will ensure that your team’s TeamLinkt schedule is updated and the arena, so arena staff are aware, and the proper team is on the board. 

Returning practice time for year end refund (credit) effective immediately will be halted. All credits accumulated to date for teams will be paid out to teams by season end as initially intended.

Teams may also purchase practice ice on the Hockey Regina website here.  Moving forward, any purchased ice will automatically create the practice event in your teams TeamLinkt app (as a team scheduled event).  As of November 5th 61 ice slots are available for sale from November 7th through January 26.
