Evaluation Procedures
Below are procedures to support Registration Table Volunteers (Registrars), Bench Volunteers, Timekeepers and Evaluators. All individuals filling these roles to support HRI Evaluations are representatives of Hockey Regina. If an individual is a member of HRI they are elligble for Member Fee Rebate Credits for compensation of these roles.
As an organization Hockey Regina has an objective to professionally deliver evaluations that are fair, transparent, and value driven. It is expected that all those providing services to the delivery of HRI 2026 Evaluations will lean into this objective, conducting themselves with professionalism, integrity and respect to all.

Evaluation Drills
See below for links to the Time Trial procedures and Skill Session Drills for members to familiarize themselves with and for preparatory camps to utilize to support players prior to evaluations. Drills may have slight variations based on on-ice instructor judgements and other factors; sessions are strived to be completed as consistently as possible within a respective division and tiers evaluations but may vary.
