Each GELL Member Lacrosse Program has a designated GELL Director. This page and Article Four of the GELL Bylaws contain key information for you to succeed in your role as a GELL Director.

SPRING 2026 Team Declaration Form
Team declarations are due Wednesday 1/21/2026, the day before our January GELL Director's meeting. You may update your declarations via the form anytime up until midnight on that day. If you need to make changes after that date, you must contact Bernie (btduerr@hotmail.com) immediately. If there is an odd number of teams in that division, we can easily add another team. If there is already an even number of teams in that division, there is no guarantee that we will be able to add a team.

How to share your teams with GELL, if you are also using TeamLinkt: Sharing your team will enable the schedule and any game changes to automatically flow through. Since the name will be the same in both the GELL TeamLinkt instance and your program's TeamLinkt instance, you must (re)name your teams using the GELL team name format "GELL-NN Program OptionalColor", for example GELL-88 Issaquah Gold.

Annual Membership Certification
Each January, the GELL Directors and all vote-eligible members of each member lacrosse program's board must complete the annual GELL Membership Certification. The purpose is to certify that all persons in the roles outlined above have read, understand, and agree to abide by the GELL Bylaws and Rules & Regulations.
