GIRLS PROGRAM
FOREST LAKE YOUTH LACROSSE GIRLS PROGRAM
The Forest Lake Youth Lacrosse Girls program offers fun, positive, competitive play and hosts teams at the 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U age levels. Registration covers both seasons, unless noted.
SPRING SEASON SUMMARY
- Practices will begin in April, with regular season games beginning mid-May, mainly on weekends with practices during the week.
- The Spring State Tournament is usually the first or second weekend in June - 2024 Spring State June 1-2
- 14U can choose Spring and Summer or Summer only (if playing HS Spring season).
SUMMER SEASON SUMMARY
- Regular season games and practices will be played during the week.
- Tournaments will be held on the weekends and families should expect at least two tournaments, including Summer State, which is typically the last weekend in July.
- Season will end no later than August 4, 2023
Coaches will follow the guidelines for max amount of interaction per week as defined in the bylaws; this varies by age level of play. Practice dates and times are announced by the coaching staff at the start of the season. Players should expect two or more practices per week.

*Extended age cut-off date (June 1) for YLM 14U league play applies to players who have not yet entered 9th grade. Players who have begun high school cannot play on a YLM 14U team regardless of age.
