We Built the League. Now We're Building the Stage.

The East Puerto Rico Flag Football League has been running competitive flag football across the eastern municipalities for years — Humacao, Ceiba, Las Piedras, Luquillo, Juncos, Caguas and more. We're developing players, building local rivalries, and putting together a league that actually runs. Rosters, schedules, standings, travel teams — the whole thing.

What started as a local operation has grown into something we're proud of. Our teams are traveling to compete in Dallas, and in Las Vegas. Our girls programs are getting national attention. And the east side of Puerto Rico — our home — has great facilities and a community that shows up. So we decided to stop waiting for someone else to bring big tournaments here and start hosting them ourselves.

That's what this page is about. These are our tournaments — built from scratch, run by our people, open to the island and beyond.

Luquillo has one of the most iconic beaches in the Caribbean, and has facilities that can handle serious competition. The east side of the island is accessible, welcoming, and honestly just a great place to bring a team for a weekend. We've played here our whole lives — we know how to put on an event and we know how to make teams feel at home.

We're not some big corporate organization. We're a league run by people who actually coach, organize, and compete. Supported with pride by the municipality of Luqillo. When you register for one of our tournaments, you're dealing directly with us. That means answers when you have questions and a well-run event when you show up.
