As we continue to grow, we’re looking for individuals who want to make a positive impact in youth volleyball and help shape the future of our club. Coaching Staff
Assistant Coach - 14U Girls
Responsibilities
- Assist with practices, games, and tournaments under Head Coach direction
- Provide technical support to individual athletes or position groups
- Help implement practice plans and reinforce team strategies
- Model CVC values and provide encouragement to athletes
Required Competencies
- Solid understanding of volleyball fundamentals
- Ability to teach and demonstrate skills effectively
- Supportive, team-oriented approach
- Good communication and rapport with athletes

Responsibilities
- Manage the club’s finances, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee accounting, banking, and compliance with financial policies
- Provide regular financial reports to the Board and membership
- Ensure proper financial controls and record-keeping
- Support grant applications, fundraising, and audits
Required Competencies
- Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial management
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prepare clear financial reports
- Integrity and commitment to transparency
- Knowledge of non-profit governance
Term of Office
- 3 years (renewable)
- Elected by Board of Directors
