Indoor Volleyball Camps
CVC ages 10-12 July 13th-17th
Follow the curriculum set out in Volleyball Canada’s Atomic Volleyball Program. This camp is an week program with adapted rules for youth ages 10-12 years. Each session is 2 hours with every session being a combination of skills/technique practice and modified games play. This Volleyball camp is part of the Long Term Athlete Development Model Stage 2 “Learning to Train” that stresses FUN, FAIRPLAY, and PARTICIPATION by increasing the number of ball contacts.
CVC ages 13-14 July 13th-17th
This camp is designed for athletes ages 13–14 who want to improve their volleyball skills and develop a stronger understanding of the game. Each 2-hour session includes focused skill development in serving, passing, setting, attacking, and defense, along with competitive game play.
Athletes will work on improving technique, consistency, and game awareness in a positive, high-energy environment while building confidence and a love for the game.
Location: All indoor sessions run from 4:00-6:00 pm & are held at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre in Cochrane, AB
