We value your feedback as an important part of strengthening our minor hockey program. Year-end coach and manager evaluations help us recognize what’s working well, identify areas for improvement, and ensure we continue to provide a positive, development-focused experience for all players.
All responses are kept confidential and are used to support future coach and team staff selections, as well as ongoing development within our association.

Coach & Manager evaluations are not disciplinary in nature. They are intended as a support and development tool, allowing team staff and the association to work collaboratively to obtain successful seasons while ensuring we provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive hockey environment.

Coach & Team Manager Evaluations
All coach and team manager evaluations submitted to CNN Minor Hockey are sent directly to the following Executive members only: The President, Vice President 1 - Business, and Vice President 2- Operations. All three Executives receive and review each evaluation submitted.
While a name is required on evaluation forms for accountability purposes, parent and guardian identities remain confidential and are not shared with coaches or team managers. This allows the Executives to review feedback appropriately and intervene when necessary, while ensuring respectful and constructive communication.
Evaluation feedback is reviewed internally by these three Executive members only and is used to support team operations, address concerns, and maintain consistent standards across the association.
