RESPECT IN SPORTS

All players must have at least one parent complete the Respect in Sport Parent course prior to participating in on-ice activities.  Players without their certificate in the Hockey Canada Registration account cannot be rostered for the season.

Financial Assistance

CLMHA 24 Hour Rule

I agree that I will not discuss any concerns from a game, practice, or team event with any member of the team staff for a period of 24 hours after the game practice or team event. In addition, I will review the issue with my son/daughter and then if I feel it needs to be addressed, I will approach the team manager or coach and respect the process that is in place for the resolution of team issues.

I will not approach the bench during or at the conclusion of a game, skills, or practice session. If my child is injured, I will await instructions from the trainer who is certified and equipped to deal with the situation.

Registration

We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible so that we have an idea of how many children will be participating in order to best prepare for the upcoming season.
Please note: For returning players- you can login to your Hockey Canada Account.  For new registratants you must create a new account to register.

Registration is to be completed at https://page.spordle.com/char-lan-mha

The cost is $450 for U7 (IP) and $550 for U9 - U18. Registration is open until August 15th. However, after August 1st the price increases to $600 for U9-U18. The price increase does not include the U7 division. Register early to avoid increased fees. This helps us to adequately prepare for the upcoming season.

IMPORTANT: Families of players trying out for SEAWAY A, AA or AAA Wild, you must register with your designated association prior to trying out for those teams.

For registrants wishing to try-out for Rep-B, a $40 try out fee can be added to the registration on hockey canada. This includes 2 ice times.

CLMHA will continue to have a family discount rate for families with 3 or more children.  All children are to be registered in the same session for the discount to be recognized and applied by the platform.  For each child after the 2nd player, a discount of $100 will be applied upon registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration will only be approved upon receipt of payment.  Full payment is required prior to first designated ice-time. CLMHA will be accepting e-transfer payments, funds to be directed to treasurer.clmha@gmail.com.  Alternatively, cheques can be made payable to CLMHA and sent to Box 142, Williamstown ON K0C 2J0.
