Lacrosse season is just around the corner! Cedarcrest Lacrosse offers boys lacrosse programs for 1st through 12th graders who live in the Riverview School District — and girls are always welcome to join as well.Lacrosse is one of North America’s oldest and fastest-growing sports — a dynamic game that builds speed, teamwork, and skill. Whether you’re brand new to the sport or a returning player, it’s a great way to stay active, make friends, and be part of a fun, competitive community.

Practice Schedule – Youth Program
1/2 Grade:
• Practices are 1 hour, twice a week
• Practices begin the week of February 23rd
3/4 Grade:
• Typically 1.5 hours, twice a week
• Practices begin the week of February 23rd
5/6 Grade:
• Typically 1.5 hours, twice a week
• Practices begin the week of February 16th
7/8 Grade:
• Typically 1.5 hours, three times a week
• Practices begin the week of February 16th
Practice Location:
• All youth practices will be held at Big Rock Sports Fields
• Exact practice days are still being determined and will be announced once field assignments are finalized
Season Duration:
• The season typically runs through May
• Any possible tournaments may take place in June
High School Program – Spring 2026
First Day of Practice: March 2, 2026
Practice Schedule:
• Practices are typically 2 hours and will be held in the evening after 7 PM
Gear Recommendations
• Our club owns some gear and will loan it out on a first come, first served basis
• Typically, lacrosse players—especially as they get older—prefer to have their own gear that fits them well
• Gear can generally be used for multiple seasons
