Parent Code of Conduct

Black Gold FC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. Parents and guardians play a critical role in supporting player development, sportsmanship, and the values of the Club.

As a Parent/Guardian, I agree to:

  1. Conduct myself in a respectful, professional, and sportsmanlike manner at all Club activities, including games, practices, tournaments, meetings, and events.
  2. Treat all players, coaches, officials, volunteers, staff, and spectators with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
  3. Support the development, enjoyment, and well-being of all players by encouraging effort, learning, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
  4. Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, abusive language, or inappropriate conduct toward players, coaches, officials, volunteers, or spectators.
  5. Respect the authority and decisions of coaches, team officials, and match officials. Concerns or disputes shall be addressed through the appropriate Club channels in a respectful and constructive manner.
  6. Ensure that my child adheres to all Black Gold FC policies, codes of conduct, rules, and expectations.
  7. Promote a positive sideline environment by refraining from engaging in behaviour that may interfere with coaches, players, or officials.
  8. Support Black Gold FC's commitment to Safe Sport and immediately report any concerns related to player safety, misconduct, harassment, abuse, or policy violations through the appropriate reporting processes.
  9. Conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively on Black Gold FC both in person and through electronic communications, social media, and online platforms.
  10. Understand that violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from Club activities, suspension of spectator privileges, or termination of Club membership.

Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including verbal or written warnings, suspension from team or Club activities, removal from events, or termination of membership, as determined by Black Gold FC
