athlete Code of Conduct

Black Gold FC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants. Parents and guardians play a critical role in supporting player development, sportsmanship, and the values of the Club.

As a Player, I agree to:

1. Treat teammates, coaches, officials, volunteers, opponents, and spectators with dignity, respect, and sportsmanship
2. Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and good character both on and off the field.
3. Follow the direction of coaches, team officials, and Club representatives in a respectful and cooperative manner.
4. Attend practices, games, meetings, and Club activities regularly, punctually, and prepared to participate.
5. Compete fairly and in accordance with the rules of the game and the principles of fair play.
6. Refrain from engaging in any form of bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination, abuse, violence, or misconduct.
7. Respect Club facilities, equipment, property, and the property of others.
8. Promote a positive team environment by encouraging teammates and supporting collective team goals.
9. Comply with all applicable Black Gold FC policies, league regulations, Safe Sport requirements, and governing body rules.
10. Conduct myself in a manner that reflects positively on Black Gold FC at all Club activities, tournaments, events, travel functions, and on social media

Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including verbal or written warnings, suspension from team or Club activities, removal from events, or termination of membership, as determined by Black Gold FC.

The Player and Parent/Guardian acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Player Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with this Code may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Black Gold FC policies.
