In 2023 Central Oregon Adult Baseball began to recognize three players each year. The league will recongnize an offensive player, pitcher, and rookie of the year.
A voting committee will vote on the players they see as the best offensive player, pitcher, and rookie.
Eligibilty requirements are as follows:
- Offensive player of the Year
- Fully registered
- 10 games
- 40 plate appearances
- Pitcher of the Year
- Fully Registered
- 5 games as a pitcher
- 18 innings pitched
- Rookie of the Year
- Fully registered
- First year playing
- 10 games played
- Manager of the Year
- Comeback Player of the Year
- Commissoner Award
- Awarded to the player(s) who best exemplified all aspects of baseball. Those who showed dedication, grit, and sportmanship are considered. This award is selected by the League Executive Committee and awarded to one who made the game better.
Voting Committee
Voting members cast one vote per award and may not vote for players who play for the same team.

Central Oregon Adult Baseball All-Star Game Rules
Purpose
The Central Oregon Adult Baseball All-Star Game celebrates outstanding talent and sportsmanship within our league. This document outlines the rules and procedures for the game.
Player Selection
Nomination Process

Team Nominations:

Each team is allowed to nominate a total of four players for the All-Star Game:
- Selection Committee:
- The selection committee will consist of 4 members each:
- Commissioners: The commissioners from each conference serve on the selection committee for their respective conference.
- Managers: The teams that won their conference championships from the previous season are appointed to manage the all star teams.
- If the managers of the conference all star team are also commissioners an additional board member will be added to the selection committee.
- This committee will review the nominations and select two players from each team as well as up to six additional players to complete the All-Star roster.

Guaranteed Representation:
- Each team is guaranteed a minimum of two players in the All-Star Game, ensuring representation from all participating teams.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Players must have participated in a minimum of 8 games during the current season to be eligible for nomination.
- Must be available for the All Star game weekend
Additional Rules
All nominated players must be in good standing with their teams and the league.
If a player who is selected can no longer participate in the All Star game another player from the nominations will be selected to take their place. If no nomination player can participate the committee will make a decision on a replacement not of the nominees.
Pitchers selected can only pitch a maximum of 2 innings unless there are no other healthy pitchers.

July 13 - Selections Announced: The final selections will be made and announced one week later
July 20 - All Stars Announced: All star selections notified by managers
Central Oregon Adult Baseball League All-Star Weekend Home Run Derby Rules
Purpose
The Home Run Derby is a highlight of the All-Star Weekend, showcasing the power hitters of the Central Oregon Adult Baseball League.
Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Home Run Derby, players must have hit at least one home run in league regular season or post season play at any time prior to (including previous years) or leading up to the All-Star Weekend. Inside the park home runs do not count towards eligibility.
Format
- The Home Run Derby will be conducted in a round-based elimination format:
- Initial Rounds: All eligible participants will compete in the first round.
- Advancement: The top performers (based on the number of home runs hit) will
- advance to subsequent rounds.
- The final round will determine the overall champion.
Example if 5 players are eligible the elimination is 2-1-1, If the number of participants are 10 it would be 4-3-1-1 the numbers representing the number of players eliminated.
Competition Rules
- Pitching: Each participant will select a designated pitcher of their choosing, who may be a teammate or another player, to deliver the pitches or by pitching machine if no designated pitchers can be found.
- Time Limit: Each participant will have a set time limit of 4 mins to hit as many homeruns as possible.
- Bonus Time: Participants may earn bonus time for hitting a certain number of homeruns within the initial time limit.
- Scoring: Home runs will be counted only if they clear the outfield fence as determined by the event officials.
- Final Round: The final round will consist of the top two participants from the previous round, competing for the championship.
