Elections of members to the following positions will be voted at the AGM:

• Commissioner (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down
• Assistant Commissioner (2 yr) – Current incumbent not running
• Registrar (2 yr) – Current incumbent will put name forward
• Secretary/Communications (2 yr) – Current incumbent not running
• U7 Coordinator (2 yr) – Current incumbent undecided about putting name forward
• U13 Coordinator (2 yr) – Current incumbent will put name forward
• U15 B/C Coordinator (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down
• U18 Coordinator (2 yr) – Current incumbent undecided about putting name forward
• Equipment Coordinator (1 yr) – Current incumbent stepping down
• Bingo Coordinator (2 yr) - Current incumbent will put name forward

Two ways to make nominations for positions:

1. Submit a written nomination with the following:

• Full Name and contact information.
• What position would you like to be considered for.
• A brief summary about yourself.
• A brief summary as to why you interested in being part of the Wild Executive.
• Send all of the above information to the Wild Secretary no later than March 24, 2025.

2. Nominations made in person at the AGM on April 7^th. Nominees will be asked to speak at the AGM outlining the same information as written nominations.
