You can still register for our tournaments even if it shows full. Your team will be added to a waitlist and if any of the teams registered do not provied all requirements to confirm registration or they wish to withdraw their team we will reach out to those on the waitlist to see if the team would like to attend our torunaments.

Tournament fees are to be paid by etransfer sent to treasurer@woodstockminorhockey.ca. Please include your association, division with class and team name in the payment description. Requests to pay by credit card, which will include a service fee, can be requested by emailing treasurer@woodstockminorhockey.ca.

Your team registration will be confirmed by email once payment is confirmed received by our treasurer, and your team roster (including bench staff and manager) and a copy of your travel permit, if required, are received by the tournament coordinator at tournamentcoordinator@woodstockminorhockey.ca.

A schedule will be sent one week before the tournament along with the tournament rules. Please ensure that all coaches, members of the bench staff and manager read the rules prior to attending the tournament. Each team is guaranteed 3 games.

Most tournament games will be played out of our primarily arena at the AYR Motor Centre (105 Connell Park Road, Woodstock). Games could be scheduled as well at the Day and Ross Community Centre (400 McLean Avenue, Hartland) or Nackawic Arena (152 Otis Drive, Nackawic).

Please bring both sets of jerseys to the tournament.

If your team is unable to play in our tournament and more than 3 weeks notice is not given before the start date of the tournament date no refund will be issued.

If you wish to drop out of the tournament prior to this deadline, please email the tournament coordinator at tournamentcoordinator@woodstockminorhockey.ca to withdraw with refund if applicable. Please let us know as soon as known to allow other teams to participate in the tournament.
