2024 WORLD SERIES REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

DIVISIONS: 18 & Over – Open Division, 18 & Over – Rookie Division, 18-Under Division
(Open Division is the highest competitive level – high school and college experience, ex-pro) Split Bracket after pool play!
(Rookie Division & Under 18 is no experience or youth softball & some high school experience)
PLEASE NOTE: (A division will occur if 4 teams register by the entry fee deadline. Extra Divisions may be created or merged based on the number of teams entered and split after pool play.)

Pool play consisting of 4 guaranteed games!.
PLAYOFFS: Bracket & Championship on Tuesday
CHAMPIONSHIPS: Tuesday, November 5, 2024, (Time: 5:00pm latest)

Individual Team Champion Awards: Each winning team will recieve:

Team Runner-up: WFSA Commemorative World Series Team Trophy
Individual Finalist Awards: Each winning team will recieve:

ENTRY FEE: Player Fee – WFSA League Affiliated Team
$125.00 per player
Any team that does not have their deposit in by September 30, 2024 will have a late fee of $10 per player added to their player fees.
Player Fee – Non WFSA affiliated League Team
$150.00 per player
Any team that does not have their deposit in by September 30, 2024 will have a late fee of $10 per player added to their player fees.
The balance of the teams player fees must be paid in full by October , 2023.
If a team has not paid their balance in full by October 14, 2024 a $100 late fee will be assessed to the teams total fees at check-in.
WFSA reserves the right to refund and withdraw any team who does not meet the final payment deadline.
DISCOUNT FEE to the player fee: WFSA recognizes the support and loyalty of our WFSA teams. Upon registering for the tournament if your team plays in one of our sanctioned WFSA Leagues across the country you are eligible for the WFSA affiliated payer fee discount rate. Verification of playing in one of our sanctioned leagues will be verified through the WFSA league online registration system.
COMMEMORATIVE T-SHIRTS:
Commemorative WFSA WORLD SERIES t-shirts are available for purchase. Teams interested in purchasing commemorative t-shirts can order them for $15.00 each in small, medium, large and extra large, double extra large and Triple extra large. Shirts not order online in advance can be purchased at the event for $20 while supplies last!

ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY October 15, 2024 to have available for each team or players at the Tournament.
ENTRY INCLUDES:
Liability insurance for each team & players, fields, umpires, 1 new softball for each game played per team, scorebook, Lineup Cards and Manager’s gift!
Tournament rules, team champion trophy, team finalist trophy, and individual champion Awards, individual finalist awards for runner-up, championship game MVP award, championship game Silver Slugger award, and championship game Gold Glove Award.
DEPOSITS:
All teams must submit at least one players fee as non-refundable deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team players fee must be submitted by October 14, 2024.
