TWIN CITY TIGERS FLAG INFORMATION

Welcome to the 2026 Twin City Tigers Flag Football season! We are excited to welcome our youngest Tigers to the field. Please review the information below for cost, equipment, practice details, game information, and important season dates.

Cost

Flag Football: $100
Grades: K–3rd Grade

Players are responsible for providing:

• Cleats or tennis shoes

• Black shorts for games

Twin City Tigers provides:

• Game T-shirt for players to keep

• Flags

Game Information

Flag will have a minimum of six games or scrimmages, typically running from August 15–October 11, 2026.

Saturday games will start at approximately 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM.

There may also be possible games during regular practice times on Tuesday or Thursday evenings.

Flag will not play at all tackle games due to other teams not always having a flag team to play. Flag teams will either play a game or scrimmage at all tackle home games.

Flag Practice Information

First Practice: Tuesday, July 28, 2026
Practice Days: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 5:30–6:45 PM
Location: One Normal Plaza

Players should bring:

• Water bottle

• Gym clothes

• Tennis shoes or cleats

Flags will be provided. T-shirts will be passed out before pictures.

First Game
