1. All football coaches – AYF Volunteer Forms

2. All football coaches – annual concussion training:

This course needs to be taken by each coach each year. If you’ve already completed this course previously, as most of you have, when you access the link above it’ll show that you’ve already “passed.” To trigger the 2025 training please click “pre-assessment” and a pre-test will launch, then complete that and then continue on to the course. Download the certificate of completion with the current date – the league will not accept last year’s certificate. This requires around 25 minutes from start to end.
3. All football coaches – annual AYF football coaching and sportsmanship/safety training:

Cost: $24.95 for new coaches, $15.95 for the re-certification course

After you purchase your course, you’ll receive an email with a link to access the course. Once complete download the certificate with the current date – the league will not accept last year’s certificate. The initial certification should take 45-60 minutes. The re-certification course is very quick.
4. All tackle coaches – annual NFHS tackling course:
National Federation of State High School Associations Football Tackling Course

5. One coach per team – biannual first-Aid/CPR certification:
Certifications are good for two years.
