Congratulations to Tobi Friesen, the winner of this year's 50-50 raffle. With total ticket sales of $10,860, Tobi walked away from Sweetheart with a whopping $5,430!  Thank you to all who purchased tickets in support of Kelowna Ringette Association and the development of our ringette players.
