APPLICATION GUIDELINES
The NFL FLAG FUND - INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION GRANT offers financial assistance for NFL FLAG participants nationwide. A parent or legal guardian of the participant must complete the application to be considered for the 2025 NFL FLAG FUND grant cycle.
Application Acknowledgments:
· The participant's parent or legal guardian must be the one completing the application.
· Funding is only provided for participants of NFL FLAG programs and funds will not be provided for other flag football programs.
· The NFL FLAG FUND has limited funding and submitting an application does not guarantee receiving financial support.
· Incomplete applications will automatically be declined.
· Receiving funding for one season does not guarantee I will receive funding for future seasons.
· Financial assistance is only available for upcoming seasons and cannot be used to reimburse previous registrations.
NFL FLAG FUND - INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION GRANT INCOME GUIDELINES
To be eligible, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $80,610*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Proof of both will be required.
AMERICAN CONEY ISLAND NFL FLAG MICHIGAN GRANT INCOME GUIDELINES
To be eligible, your annual household income must be less than the median national average of $71,149*, and the participant must be enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Proof of both will be required.
· All funds will be sent directly to your league operator and not to the parent/guardian.
· Acceptable forms of income verification include: pay stubs, earnings statement or a W2 form. All forms must have dates clearly listed and should be your most recent copy.
