Refund Policy

Upon request a player can be refunded a *portion of their registration fee, *( the $80 Football Nova Scotia registration fee is non-refundable),
as long as the following criteria is met:
1.ALL loaned equipment owned by the SMFC has been returned in good condition.
2.The request is received in writing before the start of the player in questions's first regular season game

There will be no refunds granted after the start of any player's first game.

Registration payments received from "KidSport" or "Jump Start" will be refunded
directly to the appropriate organization under the same restrictions of the Seahawks Minor Football Club refund policy.

The Seahawk executive reserve the right to review this policy in the case of season ending injury. In this case a note from a doctor will be required.
