Rep Meetings - Meetings are held Woodlawn Social Club, 2217 Belmont St, Allentown, PA at 7:00 PM (unless otherwise noted).
August 11 - Emmaus Community Park Bandshell, followed by Preseason Coaches’ Meeting
September 8
October 6 - Springhouse Middle School Auditorium, followed by Coaches’ Tournament Meeting
November 10 - PYL Board Elections

Notice: There may be additional dates for tournament games during the week. Depending on the number of teams and weather, there may be pigtail or play-in games prior to the first weekend and make-up or championship games the week between the scheduled weekends.

Team Fees:
T-Ball - FREE
Grasshopper - $65 per team
Biddy and Midget Divisions - $175 per team
Knee-Hi and Majors Divisions - $195 per team
Umpire Fees:
Majors divisions - $70 per umpire
All other divisions - $65 per umpire
Approved Baseballs:
T-Ball - Must be Level 1 official T-Ball
Grasshopper - Must be a RIF-5 ("Minor League")
All other divisions - Any official baseball (Rawlings, Little League, Diamond, etc.)
2026 Fall Season Specific Rules:
- Game Time Limits - No inning shall start after 7:45pm Sunday-Thursday nights.
- All Biddy games and Midget games have a 2:15 time limit on weekends.
- Mercy Rule - If the visiting team is ahead at any point by the mercy rule, the home team always has the last at-bat of that particular inning.
- 3 1/2 innings qualify as a complete game
