COMPETITIVE REP TEAMS - INDOOR

The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Indoor Youth Competition season of play begins in September and ends in May of each year.  
In accordance with the OVA regulations, team tryouts begin in September.  Our teams include the following age categories for both girls and boys:

  • 4V4 - 13U/TLS - 14U - 15U - 16U - 17U - 18U

​​​​​​​ACADEMY / HOUSE LEAGUES

Our Academy / House Leagues in the PVC South zone is called 4D Volleyball Academy under the leadeship of Ishmail Joseph.
It is run 4 times a year. Our program structure includes:

- Skill Development
- Game Play
- Championship Tournament

Each week, the teams work for the first half of their weekly session on individual skill development.  Then, for the second half of the session, the teams engage in some friendly competition, playing matches against other teams in their division and meeting some new faces across the net.  Coaches continue to work with the athletes during this time on their individual skills as well as their positional training. On the final week the participants play in a season finale tournament with medals.
Each participant will also receive a Pioneers Swag Team T-Shirt that they will use for games and the tournament.

Age Categories:

  • Junior  >  8-10 years (grades 3-5)  Born 2013-2015
  • Intermediate  >  11-13 years (grade 6-8)  Born ​2010-2012
  • Senior  >  14-18 years (grade 9-12)  Born​2006 -2009
