Mental health isn’t something that only appears in moments of crisis — it’s something many of us carry quietly every single day. I miss my best pal deeply, and I know he would be proud to see us working to create meaningful change in this space. Through awareness, compassion, and action, we’re striving to make a lasting difference.

Vice President
MYBI holds deeply personal meaning for me. Having been close to individuals who have faced mental health challenges, I understand how important this mission truly is. Supporting this cause isn’t just a responsibility — it’s something I genuinely believe in.

Improving our ability to identify negative mental health symptoms in ourselves and each other, is essential to preventing negative impacts in our lives. Taking care of yourself can be hard-you need check-ins, check ups, education and sometimes, sustained support. But I know personally that its worth doing for the ones you love. You never know your value to someone else, so don't give up.
