Terms and Conditions - Miller Wiffle League

By participating in the Miller Wiffle League, all players agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: All participants acknowledge and understand that playing wiffle ball involves inherent risks of physical injury. These risks may include, but are not limited to, collisions with other players, slips and falls, contact with equipment or objects, and injuries resulting from the nature of the game itself. Players voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation in the league.

Fitness to Participate: All players affirm that they are physically and mentally capable of participating in the Miller Wiffle League. It is the responsibility of each player to ensure that they are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating.

Safety Guidelines: Players agree to abide by all safety guidelines and rules set forth by the Miller Wiffle League. This includes following instructions from league officials, wearing appropriate protective gear (if provided or recommended), and adhering to the rules of the game to minimize the risk of injury.

Release of Liability: Players release and discharge the Miller Wiffle League, its organizers, officials, volunteers, and any associated parties from any and all liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during league activities. This includes injuries resulting from the actions or negligence of other players, equipment failure, or any other circumstances related to league participation.

Medical Treatment: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, players authorize the league organizers to seek medical treatment as deemed necessary. Players acknowledge that the league organizers and officials are not responsible for the costs or outcome of any medical treatment received.

Personal Property: Players are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during league activities. The Miller Wiffle League and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.

Code of Conduct: Players agree to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner and adhere to the league's code of conduct. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or expulsion from the league.

Amendments: The Miller Wiffle League reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Players will be notified of any changes through official league channels.

By participating in the Miller Wiffle League, players acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
