AIYBL Rookie League Registration is now OPEN!

Our instructional Rookie League is perfect for a first time ball player interested in learning the basics to the game. The league hosts players aged 4-6 and begins with a few weeks of clinics before diving into game action. Players will learn the proper fielding position, batting stance, and throwing posture. All will have the chance to hit off of a coach's pitch before utilizing the tee to put the ball into play.

Current Major league players are usually on hand to help kids get the basics. 6 year olds are encouraged to participate in our AA division as well, for added experience and opportunities. We will await final enrollment figures to shape the number of teams, but anticipate beginning clinics the Saturday of May 4, 2024. Pending the number of players, we plan to run a few weekends of clinics and then several games spanning 8-10 weeks in total, all played on Saturday mornings.
