RMH Over 30 is a no contact, self refereed, three team league with a three game/week rotating schedule
Games are Tues/Fri @ 9:45pm and Sun @ 7:30pm, consisting of two 45min run time periods with a flood
League uses TeamLinkt for league registration, schedule, updates, team communication and game availability
Fees are $600 for a full season, $350 for half, registration is limited to prevent overloading teams
a $35 non-refundable insurance/locker cost is charged at registration, once per year
Jerseys are provided and assigned to players and are the responsibility of the player to maintain and return in good condition at the end of the season
All games are played on the small ice unless stated otherwise
