Use the game availability function for upcoming games! The team admins will monitor numbers and notify the off night team if players are needed or if the roster is looking full. This will allow off night players to plan on playing or not waste a trip into town only to be sent home if the benches are full. The sooner the majority of players indicate one way or another, the more notice can be given.
