LMLL WINTER 2026 SOFTBALL WORKOUTS
We are excited to bring back LMLL Softball Winter Workouts once again in 2026. Consistent with prior years, the Workouts will be led by a combination of current college and high school softball players, seasoned professional softball instructors with college softball experience, and our LMLL softball coaches. The cost for the sessions is a one time fee of $85 which will allow each participant to attend as many sessions as they would like. A great value!!

All Winter 2026 sessions will be conducted at AFC Fitness in Bala Cynwyd as follows:
Friday evenings (Jan 9, Jan 23, Jan 30, Feb 6, Feb 20)
- 5:30PM - 7PM - Majors/Juniors (grades 6, 7,8 and above)
- 7PM - 7:45PM - Optional pitching/catching session for grades 3 and above.
Saturday afternoons (Jan 10, Jan 24, Jan 31, Feb 7, Feb 21)
- Rookies and Minors B Divisions (generally K through 3rd grades): 12pm - 1:30pm
- Softball Minors A Division (generally 4th/5th grades): 1:30pm - 3pm
